Dr. B.R. Ambadkar Charitable Trust established on 2-1-2006 by the young social worker
Mr. BAYYE MALLAYYA. The trust is working for the human
development, social justice, equality, free education, free medical aid, environment protection,
development and protection of downtrodden, distressed and destitute, physically handicapped people and to provide food and shelter education and vocational training establishing
Vignana Kendram, schools and colleges, slum area development, etches activities are undertaken.

Objectives of the Trust:
|
EDUCATIONAL :
|
|
To establish and ,conduct and organize educational Institutions or programs informal ( Primary / Higher / Technical / Professional /Vocational Training Courses ) Non-Formal, Scientific and Social aspects of Human Beings to provide free education to economically and Socially Weaker Sections Irrespective of Caste , Creed and religion.
|
MEDICAL RELIEF:
|
|
a) To run Free Medical Clinic (s) fro the benefit of poor and Needy people with free Consultation including free Medicines to the maximum extent possible.
b) To establish Health Centers with free Medical Aid for Medical Relief and to organize Medical Camps or programs especially in Rural /Urban /Slums /Tribal areas to the poor and Needy.
c) To organize health centers to educate people and to detect, Prevent and cure regarding all diseases especially HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis -
B, Polio, Smallpox/Chicken Pox, Cancer, Diabetes and Leprosy etc Especially in rural areas by rehabilitating them from the said dangerous Diseases.

RELIEF OF THE POOR:

A) ORPHANAGES :
To take care of orphans, needy and disabled children from all communities by food, clothing education, medicines along with shelter until they stand at their own feet.
B) HOMES FOR AGED /NEGLECTED/DISTRESSED WOMEN
KIND :
To establish and construct shelter homes for aged/disabled/ neglected/ distressed women kind with food, vocational training, clothing along with medical care.
C) SOCIO-ECONOMIC WELFARE :

To promote socio- economic welfare of the weaker sections at the grass
root level through community based approach.

To promote micro-enterprises for accelerating socio-economic Development of the weaker sections.

To bring women to the main stream through empowerment such as Promoting
SHG's for socio-economic development.

To create employment opportunities for weaker sections
un-employment Women kind.
-
To disseminate information regarding issues such as health care, Population education and the environment.

OTHERS OBJECT OF GENERAL PUBLIC UTILITY:

A) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
|
- Sanitation- to construct low cost latrines.
- To promote sustainable agriculture and ecological sound management of natural resources.
- To facilitate participatory technology development.
- To promote research and documentation.
- To collaborate with other institutions, Organizations, Associations and Societies and Service organizations interested similar objects.
- To bring social harmony among the different sections of the society. To protect human rights and social justice.

B) TO UNDERTAKE FOLLOWING PROJECTS WHICH DEFINED IN CLAUSE (B) OF THE EXPLANATION OF SUB-SECTION 35AC OF THE
INCOME TAX ACT, 1961.

To construct and maintain drinking water projects in rural/tribal and in urban slums including installation of pump-sets, digging wells and laying of pipes for supply of drinking water.

To construct dwelling units for economically weaker sections.

To promote activities in using Non-Conventional renewable sources of energy systems and pollution control measures.
-
To promote Tree plantation, Social Forestry, Environmental awareness Programs and Rural non-form activities.
-
To development irrigation resources;
-
To develop Land reclamation of waste land or degraded land with the special emphasis on ecological improvement;
-
To Conservate soil and water including harvesting run off water;

To promote sports

C) TO ACQUIRE IMMOVABLE PROPERTY CONSTRUCT FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES SUCH
AS:

1. Libraries, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Shelter homes such as ORPHANAGES , widow/ old age homes ,Crèche centers/ community/ halls to be available for public use as training centers, seminars, meetings discourses and other public functions for the benefit of community in general.

To provide opportunities to individuals living outside India who wish to participate in
Dr. B.R. AMBEDKAR CHARITABLE TRUST Activities in India.

To implement any other object that shall be sustainable, integrated and Equitable for the Elevation of poverty.

To promote awareness of social issues this effects human life.
-
To do all such other things which may conductive and incidental to the aforesaid objects and to society and mankind in general irrespective of caste, community, religion or creed.

SO HOWEVER, THE OBJECTS SET OUT ABOVE WILL BE SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:
|

The activities of the Trust and its objects will be confined to India.
-
There will be no profit motive, whatsoever and all its activities would be prompted society by service motive.
-
The benefit is intended for the public at large without any discrimination of any caste, creed, color or religion.
-
The Trust will neither embark on any business nor activity unrelated to its objects.

If any of the objects above is found top be inconsistent with the object of public charitable institution exempt formerly under section 10 (22), (22A) and now under sections 10(23C) or 11 of the income tax act 1961 or any other law applicable to public institution as now enacted or as may be amended from time to time, or any new enactment relating to public institutions, they will be treated as modified to accord with such law.

D) To undertake aid, promote and coordinate research, development publications and products in the field of stress management and allied branches.
E) To establish and maintain specialilsed libraries and information services networking stress management professional at local, national and international levels in the are of stress management and allied branches.
F) To conduct conferences, refresher courses, lectures, seminars, demonstrations and exhibits related to the research done knowledge generated and results obtained.

RULES AND REGULATIONS :

MEMBERSHIP OF THE TRUST:
|
|
The CHAIRMAN is vested with absolute admission powers of any one, who completed 18yrs of age , and abides aims , objects and rules of the Trust irrespective of any community , religion race, color, national origin,
sex, caste and creed etc. with the admission fee as decided by the Trust are eligible as here under.
|
|
1) Institutions : Any institution such as research Centers, educational
institutions and social service organizations.
|
2) Individual : Non-official persons such as:
a) Educationalists/ health workers.
b) Community based social workers.
c) Experts in integrated rural development
d) Contributions / philanthropists
e) Associate members observers:
Representative of International Agencies/ donors
